At Cedar Cross Designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stromgren90@gmail.com and we will work to make it right. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
